The IT Support role provides hands-on support for store and office users, covering hardware, software, POS, networks, and security.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional IT support to store and office users, addressing hardware, software, POS, and network issues with a strong service orientation.
• Proactively monitor and maintain endpoints, networks (antivirus, patches, system updates), and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Lead the installation, configuration, and support of desktops, laptops, POS terminals, and printers across various locations.
• Manage user accounts, email access, and permissions, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Play a key role in IT infrastructure projects, including new store setups, system upgrades, and the rollout of digital solutions.
• Maintain and update essential IT documentation, such as network diagrams, asset registers, and IT policies (cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backups).
• Collaborate with external service providers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of IT issues and project delivery.
• Assist in the IT procurement process, from gathering quotes to maintaining an accurate asset register and monitoring equipment lifecycle.
