Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of End User Computing environments (Windows, iOS) a plus.
• Certifications like ITIL and PMP and familiarity with ServiceNow are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute local IT infrastructure and end-user computing activities.
• Support IT projects and service implementations at the site.
• Provide multi-channel IT support and issue resolution for Corteva employees.
• Deliver user training and contribute to change management initiatives.
