Qualifications

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, from requirement gathering and vendor selection to implementation, testing, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with systems implementation projects (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Proven experience managing software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid model, balancing on-site presence in Welkom, Free State with remote work flexibility.
