Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our technical team. You will respond to helpdesk tickets within SLAs and provide phone support to clients, delivering first- and second-line troubleshooting remotely and on site.

You will maintain activity and time reports for your line manager, service PCs/servers and network gear, and assist with research and implementation of solutions for new products and service offerings, along with other system engineers, including rollout projects

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve tickets on the helpdesk within stipulated timeframes
• Provide telephonic support to clients
• Provide first and possibly second line support remotely and on site
• Maintain reports on all activities and time keeping to line manager
• Servicing, repair, configuration of PCs, servers, and network equipment
• Assisting with research and implementation of solutions for new products and service offerings along with other system engineers
• Rollouts of new installations, network upgrades, projects.
