Job summary

Kabstrading Co. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to respond to and resolve tickets, provide client support by phone, and perform remote and on-site troubleshooting.

The role involves servicing PCs, servers, and network gear, rolling out installations and upgrades, and assisting with new solutions alongside system engineers. • Ticketing experience with response SLAs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC, server, and network equipment basics

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve tickets on the helpdesk within stipulated timeframes
• Provide telephonic support to clients
• Provide first and possibly second line support remotely and on site
• Maintain reports on all activities and time keeping to line manager
• Servicing, repair, configuration of PCs, servers, and network equipment
• Assisting with research and implementation of solutions for new products and service offerings along with other system engineers
• Rollouts of new installations, network upgrades, projects
