The role requires strong Excel skills, IT knowledge, and experience with DMS software, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and accurately using standard incident management processes.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or diploma with accounting is advantageous.
• IT knowledge and experience are advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel working knowledge and experience.
• Must have Dealer Management Solution (DMS) software experience.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Software implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support by taking calls and handling incidents or service requests.
• Log all tickets accurately using tracking software.
• Troubleshoot and solve customer issues (local and remote).
• Hardware and software setup, repair, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Follow incident management and request fulfilment processes.
