The role emphasizes strong diagnostic and customer service skills, on-site work, and collaboration with a dynamic IT team. A high school diploma is required, with certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum IT helpdesk experience.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Certs are a plus (CompTIA A+, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly with documentation.
• Install and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners.
• Assist with passwords and access configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with desktop apps, OS, peripherals.
• Escalate unresolved issues with documentation.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and software licenses.
• Develop and update IT support docs.
• Conduct basic IT training for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
