Job summary

Prescient is seeking a Transfer Agency Client Service professional to manage the onboarding of individuals and legal entities. You will act as the conduit between clients and Prescient Fund Services and ensure accurate, timely onboarding and data entry.

Responsibilities include KYC validation, regulatory classifications (FATCA, ASISA, SARB), and maintaining all client records in unit registry systems, with close collaboration with Compliance and Internal Audit to meet FICA RMCP standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of 1–2 years in client onboarding processes.
• Understanding of applicable legislation: ICA, FATCA, DWT/IWT.
• Matric as a minimum; tertiary qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client onboarding workflow for individuals and entities.
• Validate documents for FICA RMCP compliance and load onto systems.
• Maintain accurate client data and regulatory classifications (FATCA, ASISA, SARB).
• Coordinate with Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Provide timely client feedback and escalate aged items as required.
