Job summary

Prescient seeks an experienced Compliance Officer to lead regulatory obligation management under FAIS, S13B, and FICA. This senior role covers Prescient Fund Services and related entities, requiring strong oversight of MLRO duties and ongoing regulatory submissions.

You will develop and deliver compliance training, monitor CPD compliance for reps, and maintain regulatory reporting with the FSCA. The role calls for a proactive, detail-focused professional with stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in a regulatory compliance role within financial services.
• FAIS registered Compliance Officer for Cat I.

Responsibilities

• Act as the appointed FAIS Compliance Officer for a CAT I FSP.
• Liaise with FSCA and ensure regulatory submissions.
• Oversee AML/MLRO and FIC reporting obligations.
• Implement and monitor CPD, COB, PST trainings for reps.
• Provide S13B compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure evidence of supervision for supervised reps.
• Keep up to date with legislation and advise senior management.
