Job summary

Fund Administrator – Investment is seeking an experienced professional in Johannesburg to manage investor onboarding, AML/KYC checks, and related documentation. You will coordinate workflows between investors, distributors and IFAs, and handle queries with professionalism.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with CRM/document management systems, and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready records while supporting the CFO and senior management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in fund administration, investor operations, financial services or investments.
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC and investor onboarding.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident dealing with investors, IFAs and intermediaries.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM/document management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advantageous: Experience with distributor/IFA channels, investment administration, paraplanning or executive support.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding, subscriptions and supporting documentation.
• Conduct and coordinate AML/KYC checks and maintain accurate investor records.
• Coordinate workflows between investors, distributors, IFAs and internal stakeholders.
• Handle investor and distributor queries professionally.
• Follow up on outstanding applications and documentation.
• Support the distribution of investor statements, confirmations and tax certificates.
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the CFO and senior management.
