Qualifications

• Experience as a Receiving Clerk or similar warehouse role.
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments against POs and manifests.
• Record received goods details (qty, codes, condition) in the inventory system.
• Identify discrepancies, damages, or short shipments and report them.
• Organize and stage goods for storage or production areas.
• Maintain a clean receiving area and uphold safety standards.
• Assist with counts and stock reconciliation as needed.
