The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management systems, cycle counting methodologies, and best practices for minimizing stock discrepancies and obsolescence. You will be responsible for implementing robust inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits, and analyzing inventory data to provide insights for operational improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain accurate inventory control procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist, Inventory Manager, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, WMS, and cycle counting techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with lean inventory management practices is a plus.
• A relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is advantageous.
