Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Analyze inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels based on sales trends and lead times.

• Train and supervise inventory control staff, ensuring adherence to all established procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain roles.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing inventory control systems (e.g., WMS, ERP modules).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels.
• Excellent understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO, LIFO, and JIT.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
