Job summary

Savino Del Bene in Meyerton, Gauteng, seeks an Administrative Clerk to manage the clerical team and oversee administration to ensure accurate stock movements and timely processes for national deliveries.

You will coordinate stock takes and cycle counts, support picking and invoicing, maintain high customer service levels, and uphold our core values of teamwork, integrity and quality in daily warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management or in Transport and Supply Chain Management and/or in Warehousing and Distribution Management relevant tertiary qualification.
• 4-5 years’ experience in Logistics and Transport Industry

Responsibilities

• Manage Administrative Clerks activities and ensure administration is carried out correctly.
• Coordinate and plan stock takes, cycle counts and accurate pickings for national deliveries.
• Ensure high level of customer service while upholding core values (Teamwork, Trust, Innovation, Respect, Integrity and Quality).
• Oversee invoicing and GRV processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and bin integrity in the warehouse.
• Promote teamwork and discipline within the department and participate in organizational processes.
