Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of international shipping procedures and incoterms.
• Proficiency with freight management software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management, with strong communication skills.
• Hybrid work ability and willingness to base in Port Elizabeth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end international freight shipments (air, sea, road).
• Prepare shipping docs: bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices.
• Liaise with carriers, brokers, and clients to secure bookings and compliance.
• Track shipments in real time and update clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues such as delays or damages and manage costs.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and maintain records.
• Process invoices and payments to service providers.
• Build relationships with clients and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and reduce costs.
