Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Specialist for its Sandton sales office to support customers and External Sales Representatives by interpreting application requirements, preparing quotations, processing purchase orders and providing delivery feedback.

You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell instrumentation products, services and solutions, and collaborate closely with Projects, Service, Logistics and Finance to ensure excellent customer service and

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience within a technical sales environment.
• Sound knowledge of industrial process and field instrumentation.
• Experience preparing quotations and responding to RFQs.
• Ability to interpret customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Experience following up on quotations, purchase orders and deliveries.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-development skills.
• Upselling and cross-selling ability.
• Excellent administration, planning and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.
• Practical field-instrumentation experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
