Job summary

nGAGE Talent Group in Cape Town is seeking an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our GCC team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for recruiter vacancies and other internal roles, partnering with hiring managers and brand leaders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and targeted outreach, build pipelines and assess fit.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Proactive sourcing and talent mapping abilities.
• Strong screening skills, with the ability to assess experience, performance and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for recruiter vacancies and other internal roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and brand leaders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Assess candidates’ recruitment experience, sector knowledge, performance, motivation and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Manage offers and support a smooth handover into onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and report on hiring progress, pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness.
• Create engaging job adverts, employee stories and careers content.
• Support employer branding campaigns across relevant platforms and recruitment channels.
• Help develop and communicate our EVP through consistent, credible messaging.
• Gather candidate and employee feedback to improve our talent attraction approach.
