Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates for diverse roles within Midrand, Gauteng .
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide expert advice.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including professional networking sites, job boards, and industry events.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our client's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment consultancy environment.
• Proven success in managing complex recruitment projects and filling challenging roles.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in or with the Gauteng market is highly advantageous.
