Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an Internal Sales Representative to support its labelling operations in Kempton Park. The role blends sales outreach and admin tasks, including outbound telesales, CRM updates, and quoting via Syspro.

You will coordinate with Sales and Operations to meet orders, manage pricing and delivery dates, and ensure accurate label specifications. A Matric or higher and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Tertiary qualification in Administration, Marketing, or Sales advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound telesales and cold calling.
• Engage with customers on queries and sales requirements.
• Support Sales with administrative tasks.
• Process new and repeat orders to meet customer requirements.
• Manage order quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and label specifications.
• Track and manage orders and delivery dates for the allocated sales portfolio.
• Update CRM with accurate information.
• Prepare and issue quotations through Syspro.
