Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospect and identify potential new clients.
• Generate accurate customer quotes and process sales invoicing.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department and provide administrative or operational support where necessary.
• Answer incoming client calls and handle follow-up inquiries efficiently.
• Research and qualify prospective leads from trade shows, web searches, and digital campaigns.
• Understand client needs and present tailored product support and solutions.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM and internal databases.
• Collaborate with channel partners and sales colleagues to close deals.
• Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.

In this role, you will combine proactive prospecting with administrative support-handling cold calls, managing accounts, generating quotes, and ensuring a seamless client experience while working closely alongside the broader sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospect and identify potential new clients.
• Generate accurate customer quotes and process sales invoicing.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department and provide administrative or operational support where necessary.
• Answer incoming client calls and handle follow-up inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Matric qualification.

Remuneration

Basic Salary: R14 000 per month + Commission + Benefits
