• Assist external sales representatives with admin support and customer coordination
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty‑related queries professionally
• Maintain and update customer records and sales information on the system
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times
• Provide product information, specifications, and availability to customers
