ATT tyre division is seeking a dynamic salesperson to drive growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and promoting tyre products and services. You will engage fleets, commercial clients, and individuals to tailor tyre solutions.
The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort with CRM systems. You will handle quotations, negotiate pricing, manage the sales cycle, and report performance to management.
Job Purpose
To drive sales growth for ATT by acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and promoting tyre-related products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement, market development, and providing tailored tyre solutions to clients.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
Promote and sell ATT’s tyre products and related services to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, commercial clients, and individual customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tyre solutions based on vehicle requirements and usage.
Conduct customer visits, inspections, and sales consultations where required.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to order completion.
Grow and maintain an active customer database and sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries professionally.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and service delivery.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement).
Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience.
Previous tyre sales experience is highly advantageous.
Experience within the tyre, automotive, fitment centre, fleet, or related industry preferred.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Good understanding of tyre products, specifications, and applications.
Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems).
