Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle internal customer service and sales administration.
• Generate quotations for all products and issue pro-forma invoices for COD customers.
• Receive orders via email, telephone or WhatsApp and process purchase orders.
• Check stock availability and liaise with Dispatch for delivery/collection.
• Update price lists and support sales reps with quotes and follow-ups.
• Process COD payments and hand receipts to accounts.
• Provide backup to Internal Sales Manager and assist other team members as needed.
