Job summary

Discovery Limited in Johannesburg is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Central Service Team and Integrated Business Solutions by sourcing external and internal training programs, and by designing, delivering and evaluating learning interventions.

You will schedule learning sessions, track assessments, provide feedback, and maintain training records while building effective relationships with staff and management in a dynamic contact center environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months SSM above 100%
• At least 1 year experience in current skill as a permanent employee
• SME experience - advantageous
• Dual or multiskilled - advantageous
• Training experience - advantageous

Responsibilities

• Researching and sourcing external/internal training programs and providers to meet training needs and share data-driven insights.
• Design, develop, deliver and update customized training interventions that meet business needs.
• Identify knowledge and skills gaps and plan, design, and conduct training interventions to close gaps.
• Deliver training sessions and schedule learning sessions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide formative and summative feedback, maintain training records and evaluate training impact.
