Responsabilités

• Attend to client complaints on behalf of Standard Bank Group for short-term insurance.
• Provide and facilitate informed, helpful solutions to aggrieved clients to improve the service experience.
• Act as custodian of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and provide long-term solutions to the business.
• Support client interactions across Call Centre, social media and other mandated platforms.
