Job summary

Santam Client Solutions in Bloemfontein is seeking a Client Engagement Adviser on a permanent basis. You will provide world-class products and services to clients in a call centre environment while aiming to meet quality, productivity and service targets.

Key requirements include Grade 12, an NQF Level 4 in Short Term Insurance, and 5–7 years in customer service within short-term insurance. Willingness to work shifts and overtime is essential, with adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• An NQF Level 4 Qualification in Short Term Insurance is required.
• RE 5 regulatory exam is advantageous.
• 5–7 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in short-term insurance.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Offer world class products and services to clients in a call center environment while meeting targets.
• Capture client information accurately on the relevant system.
• Execute client requests within the required timeframes and standards.
• Handle administrative tasks according to turnaround times.
• Ensure client requests are completed accurately and queries resolved timeously.
• Provide effective, professional service telephonically and in writing.
