Job summary

Greys Personnel is seeking a driven insurance broker with 3-5 years of experience in business and life insurance to join our Gauteng team. You will contact leads, present quotes and help close deals while meeting sales targets.

You will liaise with insurers, manage CRM notes, and build strong relationships with referral partners to ensure timely updates and a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in insurance broking.
• Experience in Business insurance and or Life insurance preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiations and closing skills confident working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong follow-up and CRM management skills.
• Relevant insurance qualifications and certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Contact and manage allocated leads
• Understand client needs across business and life insurance
• Prepare and present quotations and insurance options
• Follow up leads, quotes and outstanding information through to conversion
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters and internal teams where required
• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners by providing timely updates on referred clients and ensuring consistent communication throughout the process
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups and pipeline activity
• Cross-sell suitable additional insurance products
• Meet individual sales, conversion and revenue targets
• Provide professional ongoing service to clients throughout targets
