Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric; Diploma/degree in Administration or related field.
• Data analytics qualification preferred.
• 1 year of administration experience; 6 months call centre experience in financial services.
• Accounting knowledge; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle operations in client servicing: claims, call centre, and technical credit control.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls, manage queries.
• Arrange policy premium management and billing coordination.
• Coordinate administration and maintain accurate client details.
• Provide product information and own telephonic and written queries.
• Process online service quotes and handle service changes/claims admin over billing periods.
