Responsibilities

• Address and resolve email queries from clients and 3rd parties.
• Collect arrears premiums and reconcile to ensure policies are up to date.
• Understand Discovery Life products and processes to respond to queries and process changes.
• Interpret written requests accurately to provide high-quality service.
