Job summary

Discovery Limited is hiring an Inbound Credit Controller to efficiently respond to email queries and changes from clients and third parties. The role focuses on timely resolutions and accurate record keeping within a fast-paced insurance environment.

You will work with a team to meet daily targets, understand Discovery Life products, and deliver high-quality customer service through clear written communication, problem solving, and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Insurance and at least 1 year in a call centre.
• Advantageous: related degree/diploma and 1–2 years in an administrative role in financial services/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily TWT targets for credit control pools.
• Resolve all queries promptly to ensure service delivery.
• Collect arrears premiums and reconcile to keep policies up to date.
• Understand Discovery Life products to respond to queries and changes.
• Interpret written requests accurately to deliver high-quality service.
