Job summary

Discovery Life is looking for a Client Service Associate to respond to email queries, handle policy changes, and deliver high-quality service to external clients and brokers. The role supports day-to-day servicing in a fast-paced environment, with travel in Gauteng as required.

Candidates should have Matric and 2–3 years’ admin experience in financial services, including at least 1 year in a call centre within insurance.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 2–3 years’ administrative experience in financial services/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via email and calls and process policy changes.
• Meet daily targets and support urgent requests.
• Liaise with Franchises and Brokers to provide consistent service.
• Schedule meetings with Brokers/Franchises and support travel in Gauteng.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and escalations.
• Provide training to Brokers/Franchises based on experience.
