Job summary

OUTsurance is growing its business insurance portfolio in Stellenbosch, seeking a driven Broker to build a book of short-term insurance. You will sell personal and commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business, working as a self-starter within a supportive Commercial team.

We value initiative, resilience and relationship management. A valid B-class license, own vehicle, and FAIS/RE5 where applicable are required.

Qualifications

• Matric or NSC completed.
• Own reliable vehicle with lease-free access.
• Valid code B driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years of external face-to-face sales experience.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling and relationship management.
• FAIS credits or Full Insurance Qualifications and RE5 are required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
• Sell personal and commercial lines through prospecting and canvassing for new business.
• Work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team.
• Provide excellent relationship management with clients.
