Job summary

OUTsurance is seeking an OUTsurance Broker to grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. You will sell personal lines and commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, strong communication, and relationship management skills, plus a valid code B driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle. You will work in a collaborative team, undergo comprehensive training, and have opportunities

Qualifications

• Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.
• Must have own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access to the vehicle.
• 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors.
