Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an insurance broker or in a client-facing insurance sales role.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or professional designation in insurance or financial services (e.g., RE5, NQF Level 4/5).
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored advice.
• Proficiency with CRM and broker management software.
