Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Insurance Administrator for a UK employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will keep a broker or insurer book in good order: issuing policies, processing adjustments and getting renewals out on time so nothing lapses by accident.

You will work UK hours 09:00-17:00 from home, with a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in insurance or policy administration.
• Clear written English for client and insurer correspondence.
• Experience with broking or policy systems such as Acturis or Open GI.

Responsibilities

• Issue new policies, endorsements and mid-term adjustments.
• Prepare and send renewal invitations ahead of expiry.
• Maintain accurate policy and client records.
• Chase outstanding documentation and premiums.
• Support brokers with quotes and market submissions.
• Produce book reports for the account manager.
