Qualifications

• Experience in a sales administration, sales support or order processing role.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
• Confident with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English, and accurate attention to detail.
• A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotes, proposals and order paperwork.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every deal stage.
• Process incoming orders and hand them to operations cleanly.
• Produce weekly sales reports and pipeline summaries.
• Handle customer queries on pricing, availability and order status.
• Support the sales team with diary, follow-ups and document preparation.
