Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select, install, calibrate, and maintain process instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level).
• Develop and implement calibration procedures to ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with automation engineers to integrate instrumentation into control systems.
• Create and maintain documentation (P&IDs, loop diagrams, calibration records).

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Select, install, calibrate, and maintain various types of process instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
• Develop and implement calibration procedures and standards to ensure instrument accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to minimize process disruptions.
• Collaborate with automation engineers and operations teams to integrate instrumentation into control systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including P&IDs, loop diagrams, and calibration records.
• Research and recommend new instrumentation technologies to improve process efficiency and safety.

Requirements
