Job summary

Tracker South Africa is seeking an Installations Manager based at the Pretoria Office to optimise installation processes and manage the Quality team. The role focuses on technician capacity and ensuring all Tracker products are installed as per SOPs and SLAs, while driving service delivery excellence across installations.

The incumbent will define and manage quality processes, oversee internal and external technician capacity, and report on recovery metrics.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Essential: National Diploma in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Business Management or related field (NQF 6).
• Desirable: Degree in Automotive Electronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery on installation fitments in line with Sales requirements.
• Oversee service delivery excellence during the installation process.
• Define and manage SLAs to align with organisational strategy.
• Manage internal vs external technician capacity.
• Ensure installation quality standards align with strategy.
• Analyse and report on installation shortfalls affecting recovery rate.
• Manage budgets and ensure expenditure is controlled.
