Job Masters is seeking a National Installations Technical Manager to lead end-to-end national installation projects, aligning customer requirements with internal delivery teams and governance standards. You will drive system enablement, process optimisation and scalable installation capability.

The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and governance discipline to ensure successful project close-outs across multiple sites and regions in South Africa.

Qualificações

• Matric/Grade 12 and/or higher with relevant technical/business diploma or degree.
• Recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) or equivalent.
• PSIRA Grade A registration.
• Driver's licence and proficiency with MS Office/Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• System Enablement & Process Optimisation: integrate projects into workflows, standardise rollout methodologies and ensure system readiness.
• Installation Project Management: manage full lifecycle, define scope, timelines, budgets and risks; coordinate training and deployments.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: coordinate between customers and internal teams; manage expectations and communications throughout the project.
• Leadership & Change Management: lead cross-functional teams; drive adoption of new systems and processes; foster performance-driven culture.
• Financial & Commercial Management: track budgets, costs, invoicing and profitability; manage vendor contracts.
