Job summary

PPC Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee installation operations, lead Installation and Quality Technicians, drive KPI performance, and maintain high installation quality standards and customer service.

You will coordinate communication between the installation team, customers and internal stakeholders, address operational challenges promptly and use feedback to improve customer experience and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Matric NQF 4 is required; minimum educational level for consideration.
• PSIRA Grade C is required and active.
• Experience in tracking and quality assurance environments is essential; supervisory exposure is preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizing, coordinating, and PR skills are needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Installation and Quality Technicians, drive KPI performance and training.
• Maintain high installation quality standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate communication between installation team, customers and internal stakeholders to address issues.
• Utilize feedback to improve customer experience and overall operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to installation procedures and schedules to maximise productivity.
