Job summary

Tracker South Africa seeks an Installation Supervisor to lead the Installation and Installation Quality Technicians in Durban. You will drive KPI delivery, ensure training, and apply offers with effective customer management to improve experience and operational performance.

You will analyse team performance, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and coordinate with scheduling to maximise productivity while delivering excellent service. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric NQF 4 or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ technical (tracking) experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience within the Quality Assurance environment.
• Desirable: At least 1 year supervisory or team lead experience.
• PSIRA Grade C. Registered and active.
• Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation department KPIs and delivery.
• Ensure training and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximise productivity and customer service.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and vehicles for reliability.
• Drive SLA compliance and quality standards.
