Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed sales.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain regular contact.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Update customer information and sales activities on the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
