Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, injection molding, stamping).
• Strong understanding of material properties and selection.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs for new and existing products using advanced CAD software.
• Create precise 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform design validation through calculations, simulations, and prototype testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to design reviews, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain design documentation and configuration control throughout the product lifecycle.
