Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.

• Experience with manufacturing processes (injection molding, metal stamping, CNC).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design efforts for new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and BOMs for components and assemblies.
• Perform engineering analysis including tolerance stack-ups, stress analysis, and thermal management.
• Collaborate with industrial design, electronics, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Oversee prototyping and testing activities, iterating on designs based on results.
• Support manufacturing New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
