Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation operations at their Nelspruit facilities. Lead a team of sanitation technicians, ensure cleaning protocols are followed, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards to support operational efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment, and a firm grasp of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial sanitation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in an industrial setting.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of industrial sanitation technicians, ensuring adherence to schedules and protocols.
• Develop and refine cleaning procedures for industrial equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the safe and effective use of industrial cleaning chemicals and machinery.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of sanitation supplies, equipment, and PPE.
• Perform quality control checks on sanitation tasks and provide feedback to the team.
