Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust sanitation plans tailored to industrial environments, including production lines, warehouses, and workshops.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of industrial cleaning staff, ensuring efficient task execution and safety compliance.
• Oversee the safe and effective cleaning of heavy machinery, equipment, and large workspaces.
• Manage industrial waste collection, segregation, and disposal programs, ensuring compliance with environmental laws.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, hygiene issues, and areas requiring attention.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials according to safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and PPE, and manage procurement.
• Develop and enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Respond effectively to spills and emergencies requiring immediate cleaning and containment.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff performance, waste management, and safety audits.
