Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience in managing cleaning operations in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to industrial operations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures.
• Experience with budgeting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional shifts outside standard business hours.
