Job summary

Recruitment Dynamix (Pty) Ltd is seeking a HR professional to coordinate disciplinary processes, receive and administer grievances, assist with investigations, and maintain employee relations records. You will prepare reports, provide industrial relations support, and promote compliant practices.

Requirements include a B.Com in HRM or B.Soc.Sc, a National Senior Certificate, and at least three years of recruiter experience, with a valid SA driver's licence. An Honours is advantageous.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF Level 4.
• B.Com in HRM or a B.Soc.Sc qualification.
• Three years of extensive experience as a Recruiter.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and own transport.
• An Honours qualification in a relevant field will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support disciplinary processes.
• Receive and administer employee grievances and complaints.
• Assist with investigations and incapacity management processes.
• Monitor and maintain disciplinary, grievance, absenteeism and employee relations records.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and registers.
• Provide professional support on industrial relations matters.
• Promote fair, consistent and legally compliant employee relations practices.
• Support workplace health, safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to employee development and a positive organisational culture.
