Job summary

Network Finance is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Leader to drive capital project delivery within a manufacturing/mining context. You will steer initiatives from concept to close-out, balancing safety, cost, and schedule while guiding multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders.

You will leverage strong leadership and risk management skills to deliver value, maintain governance, and ensure regulatory compliance across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or technical degree is required.
• Proven experience delivering large multidisciplinary projects in manufacturing/mining/industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
• Knowledge of project controls, risk management principles, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects from concept through commissioning and close-out.
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources and project risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, maintenance, operations, and contractors.
• Drive governance, reporting and performance metrics for projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and long-term value creation.
• Mentor junior project managers and project teams as required.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
