Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to steer engineering and infrastructure initiatives through their full lifecycle. You will shape plans, budgets, and resource allocation while aligning with client expectations across multidisciplinary teams.

The role demands 8–10 years post-graduate experience in complex projects, with strong financial and contractual acumen, stakeholder leadership, and clear communication. A PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• 8–10 years post-graduate professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a dedicated project management role.
• Proven track record managing complex engineering, industrial, infrastructure, mining, or energy projects.
• Strong financial, commercial and contractual management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Professional registration and/or project management certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Monitor project performance against key milestones, quality standards, and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and effective decision‑making processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
